What are wings in Terraria?
Wings are hardmode accessories that let players to fly for a little while by holding the jump key. Legitimately, one can not get wings before hard-mode. To craft a wing, you need "Souls of Flight" from Wyverns, except Jetpack and Leaf Wings, which you can get from NPCs (that too in hardmode). All the wings can be crafted Orichalcum Anvil or Mythril Anvil.
There are 21 types of wings in the game of Terraria, and 6 wings are unobtainable. Speed and flight time are different for each wing.
- Demon wings need 25 Soul of Night and 20 Soul of Flight + 10 Feathers
- Angel wings need 25 Soul of Light and 20 Soul of Flight + 10 Feathers
- Sparkly wings need 30 Soul of Blight and 20 Soul of Flight + 10 Feathers
JetPack can be bought from SteamPunker during a waxing moon, 40 Golds. Remember, you will get JetPack from NPC only.
- Fairy wings requires 20 Soul of flight and 100 Pixie Dust. The dust is really easy to get from Hallow.
- Butterfly wings require 20 Soul of flight and 1 Butterfly Dust.
- Bee wings require 20 Soul of flight and 1 Tattered Bee Wing.
- Harpy wings need 20 Soul of flight and 1 Giant Harpy Feather. You will get feather while killing the Wyvern.
- Bat wings need 20 Soul of flight and 1 broken bat wing.
- Bone wings require 1 bone feather and 20 Soul of flight.

In general, the better the wings, the more difficult it is to find the materials to craft the wings.
